A distinction without a difference. To say you have an incongruence rather than distress is merely a matter degree. This can be mild which is what I would describe as incongruence. The bottom line is you are using psychological analysis rather than biological medical analysis. It is increasingly clear that the brains of transgender people regardless of whether they are incongruent or distressed are different from those of cisgender brains. There is a real medical aspect you fail to take into account. What I am curious about is why you would reject that incongruence is dysphoria? It has no effect upon you in terms of your life experience, but it has a big effect on how the transgender community is viewed. You seem to lack appreciation for that.
