For those of us who are targets of the incoming administration and their hateful policies, we are not so forgiving. They are about to try to make our lives immeasurably worse. I really have no desire to have any interaction with such ignorant bigots. You are a white privileged male. More than half the country is not. When you are threatened directly by Trump and his policies, you may reevaluate your position. It is easy to be philosophical when the change in policies do not affect you directly.
