How can human rights not be fundamental to the human condition? It is not a religion. Your comment is nonsensical. Enshrined into our constitution is the concept of the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It couldn’t be any clearer.

To acknowledge that no human being is better than any other and therefore no one has the right to control or criticize others for the mere fact of their existence is merely to state the obvious. It is not a religion.
