I don’t disagree with anything you say either. My point in my response was that Dylan (whose work I love by the way) often talks in terms of lofty utopian ideals, as if they should be policy. In a different world maybe. In this world, implementation, and the trade-offs involved, are often much more difficult than some would like to acknowledge.
