I spent 30 years doing prison ministry in medium and max prisons. I was the coordinator for our local one. I used to have 570 friends I worked with. I lost all but three when I transitioned. The rest will not even acknowledge me when they see me. Many of them had hearts in the right place, but are obviously beholden to a book rather than God. There is a difference between worshiping God and the Bible.
