That is a good question, especially if the Ukrainians continue to make slow progress. They obviously need more long range rockets and aircraft to efficiently support the ground operations. Cracks are appearing in Russia politically and militarily. It seems to me they would be fairly easy to exploit and hasten the end of the war.
