The effect may have been psychological, but there is increasing dissatisfaction among the Russian population with Putin‘s war. This will create further disgruntlement and dismay among the people of Russia. The importance of the attacks was the pressure it has created internally within Russia to give up their ill advised adventurism. I believe that every little thing will help to bring this war to a quicker resolution, because eventually the Russian people will have had enough.
