There is a difference between making an unsubstantiated claim and producing actual evidence in support of a real fact. The transphobic legislators make lots of claims, but never provide any real evidence from a legitimate scientific authority. But then their base really doesn’t care. The way we win this battle is to constantly hammer on the science of being transgender. It is biological, not sinful, a choice or delusion.
