Though John Lennon was not a Christian, his vision is in many ways very biblical. Revelation 21 talks about a new heaven being established on earth, where God dwells with man, essentially coming in full circle from the garden of Eden in Genesis. The authentic Christian version of heaven is a reconciliation with God here on a perfected earth. Maybe John Lennon was not so far off after all.
