We obviously have strong fundamental disagreements on many of the issues. I am curious as to what your background and expertise is. You seem to have done a lot of reading. Do you have a scientific background? Is your stance based more on how you perceive yourself and your identity? Based on a lot of reading? I am trying to figure out why you are so fiercely critical of my observations. I am missing something.
To get you started on the importance of science in terms of establishing the legitimacy of the trans community, you might start with the article written by Anna B on Medium at the end of the March entitled Being Transgender Isn’t a Choice. She references a study done by Stony Brook which demonstrated that gender cognition in transgender children is indistinguishable from their cis counterparts. This is illustrative of one prong of the objective multidisciplinary scientific approach which will ultimately establish legitimacy and create acceptance of the trans community.
