With all due respect, you are ignorant of the law. I am a former federal prosecutor and member of the federal bar. What I was giving you was a legal analysis. What you were firing back is your opinion which has no legal basis and no validity. Your argument is based upon your feelings, not the law. Don’t opine about things as to which you are uneducated.
