You miss the point. Trans women are women because if they are binary they have the biological brains of women and they are different from the gender which society has assigned to them. You totally missed this. There is extensive research being done in multiple disciplines which demonstrate this more and more every day. To be a woman resides in the brain, not the genitals. That is the reason you cannot cure dysphoria. It is hardwired into us. I would posit that sex is primarily a product of internal identity. If someone identifies as a woman, it is because their brain is wired that way, They are women, not a separate or special class of women. If they identify as men, it is because their brain is wired that way. External sex characteristics are just one part of the equation and they can be modified to match the gender with which one identifies. Indeed as we all formed in utero, we were all female until some differentiation occurred that we describe as male and female genitalia. But the original tissue is still there and can be reconfigured. Almost everyone seems to miss this important point. I am a trans woman and I am a woman, not a special class of woman. Much of my genetic make up is female and it’s never been male. I am not intersex however. I was born with male genitalia. I now have 100% female sexual characteristics and my gynecologist cannot tell the difference. During my first visit she thought I was pregnant. No man can distinguish my sexual equipment from that of any woman assigned female at birth. You really need to expand your understanding and discard your purely semantic discussion. This is not about language, it is about Science.

Eclectic trans woman, terminally curious. Too many degrees. Trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. Attract stray puppies and social outcasts
